There are many opportunities available to volunteer for the Myrtle Beach, SC Arthritis Walk.

Volunteer Committee:

For those individuals wanting to "get behind the scences" of the Arthritis Walk,  opportunities exist to serve on the Volunteer Committee or as a Event Day Volunteer. Volunteer Committee positions available are Committee Chair, Mission Delivery, Sponsorship, and Logistics Chair. Volunteers are also needed to help with special events leading up to the Arthritis Walk such as the "Kick-Off Celebration" or "Bank Night".  The committee meets the second Thursday evening of every month leading up to the Arthritis Walk. The meetings are held at the Health Finders Room at the Coastal Grand Mall in Myrtle Beach, SC  (The Coastal Grand Mall is located at 2000 Coastal Grand Circle Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 - The Health Finders  Room is located on the lower level of the mall, just out side of Dillard's Department Store, room 520) from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm.  REFRESHMENTS PROVIDED!!  First Volunteer Committee Meeting date is scheduled for Thursday, January 15th, 2009.

Walk Day Staff:

If you cannot assist through out the year, there are many opportunities to help with Event Day activities for the Myrtle Beach Arthritis Walk. These opportunities include set-up, registration, route markers, parking attendants.
